Asset Labels

Asset labels help you take control of your company’s vital equipment by marking it with your company logo, a consecutive barcode and / or a corresponding consecutive asset number.

A fundamental requirement of any organisation is to control it’s assets. A good first step is to place asset labels on everything of value. Many organisations also take the opportunity to do this using labels which are both an asset label and a security label. These security asset labels are tamper evident and cannot be removed intact, thereby preventing assets from being substituted.

Most of our Asset / Security Labels are manufactured using the highest specification material. This top quality, matt white, ultra destructible vinyl fragments into tiny pieces (“eggshell effect”) if any attempt is made to remove the labels once they have been applied. Items with these asset labels attached cannot be substituted, thereby deterring theft and are perfect for all valuable office equipment.

Our Asset / Security Labels are guaranteed to stick (To achieve this, they must be applied to a smooth, clean, dry surface which is free from moisture, dust, silicone / wax cleaners etc., at room temperature and left for at least 24 hours for the pressure sensitive adhesive to cure).

• Asset Labels are available in 2 basic sizes – either 50 x 22mm or 60 x 30mm rectangles. Most other shapes and sizes can also be accommodated.
• Asset Labels are printed using digital or hot foil techniques and supplied on rolls
• A full range of optional, cost effective, extra colours (non pantone hot foil) are available creating the closest commercial match to your desired colour. Just send us your design by email or post and we can create the labels to your specifications.
• An optional, strong, 23 micron polyester lamination can also be added to improve durability, if the labels are to be used under arduous conditions.
• Delivery is typically about 1 week from artwork approval for most products.
